Services

FormifyAI provides AI-assisted business formation services including LLC and corporation filing, registered agent services, and compliance monitoring across all 50 US states.

Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. State filing fees are separate and non-refundable once submitted. See our Refund Policy for details.

Registered Agent Service

FormifyAI provides registered agent service at 221 Main St, Ste A, Nashua, NH 03060. We will promptly forward all legal and tax documents received on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

FormifyAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are informational and administrative in nature. We are not liable for delays caused by state agencies or filing rejections due to information you provide.
