Subscription Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are available within 7 days of charge. After 7 days, your subscription remains active through the end of the period but no refund is issued.

State Filing Fees

State filing fees are non-refundable once submitted to the state. If your filing has not yet been submitted, we will refund the state fee in full.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@formifyai.app with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refunds within 5-7 business days.
